I invite you to join me in this delightfully, energising Shamanic Trance Dance experience.
In sacred space, guided and supported by me you will journey through dance using a blindfold, breath, music and the nature of intention. Here you will have the opportunity to withdraw from your external environment and dance with the deeper aspects of your being for strength, wisdom, energy, healing and the reclamation of personal power.
This Shamanic Trance Dance ritual is open to anyone who wishes to get out of their heads and into their heart and experience themselves more deeply. Come with an open mind and heart and you will not be disappointed.
Please bring with you a cushion and wear comfortable clothing, possibly layers so you can remove layers if you wish.

About your Shamanic Guide Vicky:
I have been exploring spirituality, healing and working with energy since the mid 90’s. And for over a decade has been working with women and men, from all walks of life supporting their energetic, healing and spiritual journeys.
I have spent extended periods of time in South America on her own personal journey, working with indigenous Shamans as well as co-creating several retreats in Ecuador. During this time I also immersed myself in a yoga teacher training in Bolivia and Peru and now uses yoga in a shamanic context, in addition to shamanic dance, healing and ritual practices.
Finding easy ways to access these ancient rituals and tapping into inner wisdom beyond the mind are an important part of my work, which I enjoy sharing within group experiences and retreats as well as on guided personal journeys and healings.
